Multi-Talented Artist Created Her First Stop-Motion Video

Amandine Senny ןs a self-taught sculptor, handywoman, model maker, with a product design degree and experiences in interior design and toy design. Currently, the Paris-based freelancer is working with stop-motion, video, character sculpture, scale model and paper art. She says that she likes building things with her hands and make it come to life through stop-motion.

Horizon is my first stop-motion short, which I wrote, built, animated and directed,” the artist shared on Bored Panda. With this project, I was able to make the most of my different skills and try to dig in the animation world.”

The short animation was made as part of a residency program at Supamonks Studio in Paris.

“They provided me with a studio to build the sets, computers, and programs, and I was surrounded by professionals for production follow-up and management,” she added.
