These Photos Show How Huge Maine Coons Actually Are

Those adorable huge cats you see all over Instagram belong to the Maine Coon species. They are recognizably big and come with a fluffy ruff on their neck and a long, bushy tail. The experts believe this is the oldest cat breed native to America.

And while we know that these cats are big, we’re always surprised when we see them photographed next to everyday items.
