Prudence is a 27-year-old illustrator and the creator of the famous Instagram profile called Planet Prudence. With almost 665k followers, the Belgium-based artist portrays her relatable, yet awkward life online in comics.

Her artistic journey began a few years ago as a comics-diary, and soon after her work became viral and now she has a huge Internet community. In her work, Prudence advocates body positivity and mental health.

“I strive to be true to myself as a human being by knowing my value and I encourage people to do this as well,” the artist wrote on Bored Panda. “Since my art changed and developed itself into a large community and my job, I grew with it and learned to speak up more.”
