Melbourne based writer, Amir Lopez, is the mastermind behind the endearing webcomic Wyatt & Blu. According to Lopez, it is a “cute, romcom-type of comic,” inspired by his own relationship with his fiancé and daily life.
His project started in August 2018 and since then Lopez makes sure to post new comic strips twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. “I started Wyatt & Blu because I was following a few webcomic artists prior, and after a while, decided I wanted to make one myself,” Lopez shared on Bored Panda. “The strips are largely inspired by my daily life, relationship with my fiancé and what’s generally happening in the world. The strips are light-hearted and have a mix of everyday humor, romance, and good vibes.”
However, he doesn’t draw his comics by himself. “I work with an awesome illustrator, who does the artwork for this comic,” he explained. Scroll down to take a look at his adorable comics.
