Turkish chef Şahin Tekin bakes cakes, but not just any cakes. The cakes he creates look like artwork that you’d be sorry to ruin by eating. Most of the time, he uses the “mirror cake” technique which results in impeccable, mirror-like surfaces that don’t look like a human made them.
