Based on a poem by former Yugoslavian poet Branko Ćopić, Hedgehog’s Home is an adorable animated film that tells the story of a brave hedgehog who defends the honor of his home against forest beasts. The needle-felted stop-motion film was created and directed by 34-year-old Eva Cvijanović.
The film has already won several awards, some of which are the Best Film Award at the KIKI International Film Festival for Kids in 2017, Honorable Mention at the Ottawa International Animation Festival in 2017, and Best Children’s Film at the GLAS Animation Festival in 2018.
