Watch What Happens When Wrapping Gifts Goes Terribly Wrong

Ellen DeGeneres, the host of The Ellen Show, recently decided to play a little holiday-themed prank on the customers of the popular retail chain, Michaels. She sent Adam, one of the writers on her show, to the local Michaels store and had him offering services of free gift wrapping.

The unaware customers didn’t know that there are hidden cameras all over the place and that Adam’s job was to do his task in a most terrible way possible. This, of course, led to several hilarious and highly amusing situations.

After being really helpful and providing instructions to one lady on where to find Christmas decorations, Adam got his first customers. Two women approached his desk and asked to get three gifts wrapped agreeing to “express service.”

They soon realized their mistake and decided to call the store’s manager to look into Adam’s lousy gift wrapping. When that didn’t help, they just decided to stop trying and watched in disbelief. Others customers soon followed, making this an amusing day for Adam and all of us who get to watch their reactions.
