The account is run by a thirty-year-old graphic designer, Ainars, who comes from Rezekne, Latvia. Followers of the account send in pictures of their cats, and they are drawn in the funniest way possible.
The project initially started as a hobby, but it has given cat lovers something to laugh about. The account manager has two cats as well, and he uses Photoshop to create the minimalist drawings.
