Artist Reimagines David Bowie’s Greatest Hits as Comic Book Covers

David Bowie is an icon. Arguably the only artist to have succeeded in all of his different ventures, his innate musical talent and wild creativity allowed him to seamlessly change his appearance and musical style whenever he pleased, often to critical and commercial acclaim.

To say that David Bowie is one of a kind and will never be replaced is only fitting. As such, his legacy will forever remain. To date, many of his fans continue to miss him, even three years after his untimely death in 2016.

To help celebrate the life of David Bowie, screenwriter and graphic artist, Todd Alcott, decided to create something befitting of the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer.

Using David Bowie’s controversial appearance, especially during his heyday, the LA-based creative created something that looks like a sci-fi paperback from the 1960s, and the result is oddly appropriate.
