Pet owners know how hard it is to get their cats to take a bath. Felines hate water because it makes their fur wet and uncomfortable while also taking a long time to dry. But sometimes, they get so dirty that a bath is the only option, and this almost always means chaos.
Actress Jennifer Garner recently shared a funny video on her Instagram that documented her struggles to bathe her cat Moose. As it turns out, Moose “pooped his pants” and needed a bath, but the feline didn’t plan on making it easy for the Alias star.
“First of all, we have an obesity problem. So, please don’t make fun,” Garner added before she started cleaning Moose.
Moose can be seen trying to escape the sink and even scratching Garner at one point, but the actress stood her ground and finished what she started regardless of how exhausting it was. Unfortunately, she realized a bit too late that she didn’t use a conditioner.
Instagram users were quite amused by the video, sharing their thoughts in the comments section.
“I think the conditioner would have tipped Moose over the edge,” one user jokingly wrote.
“What’s great about this is the cat does not care that that’s Jennifer Garner,” another added.
