It takes practice to bake a good pie, but what Lauren Ko does is on a whole other level. Her pies look too perfect to be eaten, but the good news is that she keeps making more and more of them.

With 245,000 followers on Instagram, Lauren is the unofficial pie queen. The San Diego-born baker uses colorful fruits and other ingredients to create amazing colors, textures, and flavor. The has never had any professional training, just enough talent and will to practice for years.

She has recently moved to Washington and opened her own confectionery named Lolo Kitchen. Without a doubt, there will be people catching the first flight to Washington just to try her pies.
