Xafi and Auri are two Russian Blue Cats who are taking Instagram by storm with their beautiful silver fur and mesmerizing green eyes. The two cat sisters already have more than 122 thousand followers who fell in love with these mischievous furballs.
Xafi and Auri were born a few months apart in 2016 and it was easy to tell them apart while they were younger. However, now that the cats are the same size, it’s a real challenge for people on Instagram to see the difference between the two.
That’s why their human parents, Anneken and Tim, wrote a quick guide on how to recognize the sisters. “Auri has a rounder face, wider ears, and slightly darker fur” while “Xafi has a more angular face with slightly taller ears”. Aside from their physical appearance, the cats have different personalities as well.
“Xafi is my cuddlebug and shoulder-babe whereas Auri is less focused on us, but has this charming, elusive way about her”, their owner wrote on Instagram.
